What we're building

We're creating intelligent tools that turn fragmented health information into clear, actionable guidance for the people who need it most.

Personal health intelligence

Health information is everywhere: in discharge summaries, NDIS plans, specialist letters, Medicare records, and the notes you keep on your phone. But none of it talks to each other.

We're building a personal health intelligence layer that sits across your care journey. It connects the dots between providers, translates clinical language into plain terms, and helps you prepare for what's next, whether that's an appointment, a funding review, or a change in treatment.

This isn't a patient portal or another app that duplicates what already exists. It's a tool that understands context, learns your situation over time, and works for you, not your provider's billing system.

Who it's for

Individuals

People managing chronic conditions, disabilities, or complex care across multiple providers. You shouldn't need a health administration degree to manage your own care.

Families & carers

The informal support networks (partners, parents, siblings) who carry the invisible burden of coordination, advocacy, and emotional labour on behalf of someone they love.

Clinicians

Community-based providers like support coordinators, allied health professionals, and GPs who spend too much time on administration and not enough on the people in front of them.

Your data, your terms

We believe health data belongs to the person it describes, not the platform that stores it.

Our architecture is built around patient-owned, patient-controlled data. You decide what's stored, who can see it, and when to revoke access. There's no secondary monetisation, no data brokering, and no hidden use of your information.

We're designing for trust from day one, because in health, trust isn't a feature. It's the foundation.

Where we are now

Modal Vector AI is in early-stage development. We're building deliberately, validating assumptions with real users before scaling.

  • Conducting co-design research with individuals, carers, and clinicians
  • Developing our core data architecture and privacy framework
  • Building toward compliance with Australian health software standards
  • Seeking foundational partners, collaborators, and grant opportunities
