FAQs

Clear answers to help you understand our health technology solutions quickly.

What do you mean by the "invisible burden" ?

The "invisible burden" is the immense administrative and emotional labour that falls on individuals, families, and carers when navigating fragmented systems. It's the work of being the "human integrator": chasing referrals, managing complex information, coordinating between providers who can't coordinate with each other, and constantly re-telling your story. Our mission is to lift this burden through intelligent technology.

What specific solutions or products do you build?

Our focus is not on a single product, but on solving a class of systemic problems. As per our mission, we build intelligent systems that target specific, high-stakes pain points in the daily experience of giving and receiving care. Our process starts with the human burden, and we then deploy the right technology to solve it, ensuring our solutions are focused on tangible, real-world outcomes.

Who do you help?

Our focus is on the ecosystem outside of hospital services, where the burden of fragmentation is often highest. We build tools directly for health consumers and their carers, empowering them to manage their journey. We also build solutions for community-based providers—like NDIS support coordinators, allied health professionals, and home care providers—to lift their administrative burden so they can focus on their clients.

How do you protect patient privacy and data?

This is our highest priority and the foundation of our company. Our approach is defined by two of our core principles:

Earn Trust Always: We are committed to a patient-owned, patient-controlled model. Our user is the customer, not the product.

Ethical & Secure by Design: Our systems are built from the ground up on an ethical AI framework and a "security-by-design" foundation, ensuring the highest standards of data governance.

How do you ensure your solutions are what people actually need?

We do not build for our community; we build with them. Our entire process is built on a foundation of continuous co-design. We directly involve individuals with lived experience, carers, and front-line providers to ensure that our solutions are shaped by their expertise and solve their real, validated problems.

Our organisation shares your vision. How can we get involved?

We are actively seeking foundational partners, grant opportunities, and collaborations with advocacy groups, research institutions, and service providers. If you share our vision for a simpler, more empowered service ecosystem, we would be delighted to speak with you. Please reach out to us via the details in our Contact section.
